1. a member of the royal family that ruled England from 1485 to 1603. Henry VII, Henry VIII, Edward VI, Mary I, and Elizabeth I were Tudors.
2. a person who lived in England under the Tudors.

1. of or having to do with the English Gothic style of architecture developed during the reign of the Tudors. It was characterized by flat arches, shallow moldings, and elaborate paneling. The principal development was in domestic architecture, typified by the large manor house with regular plan, inner courts, and many windows, gables, and chimneys.
2. of or having to do with the Tudors.
